Our juice is made from the Zagaria Bianca variety of lemons, which originates in southern Italy and differs from other varieties in the very white colour of its flowers and the light green buds, similar to those of oranges.

The slush mix can be used for both domestic and professional use in bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and kiosks.

With this juice you can prepare up to 40 slushies (100g).

How to prepare:

3/4 water

1/4 of juice

PREPARATION (for home use): mix Positano juice with water in the proportions indicated. Freeze it. Place the frozen juice in an ice crusher or similar tool for 1/2 minutes and you’re done!
